The Slash X Ranch Cafe', or "The Slash" as most people call it, is located 8 miles south of Barstow California.  Situated in the heart of off road country, the slash has been serving the "Coldest Beer in the Desert" for over 50 years.  The Slash is surrounded by 58,000 acres of beautiful desert designated for OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) use.
